Are National Merit Honorees


St. Charles Preparatory School is proud to announce that nine members of its senior class were named 2022 National Merit Semifinalists and another 13 were named Commended Scholars. These are especially impressive numbers considering there are only 136 students in the entire senior class.

Three St. Charles seniors were also honored through the College Board. They are: (Photo, from left) Lennon Aledia (St. Mary School in German Village, St. Mary Parish in German Village) and Justin Fagge (also a National Merit Semifinalist) (Blendon Middle School, St. Paul Parish) were recognized as College Board National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholars. Soloman Lisath (St. Matthias School, Rhema Christian Center) was named a College Board National African American Recognition Program Scholar. They qualified for these honors based on their outstanding PSAT/NMSQT and AP exam scores as well as their 3.5+ GPAs.
