On Sunday, July 23rd, members of the St. Charles Preparatory School faculty and staff traveled to The Great American Ballpark to host alumni living in the Greater-Cincinnati area at the Reds vs. Marlins baseball game. Guests were treated to cold refreshments and a buffet of burgers and brats and other summer fare in the Staples’ “Dave Conception’s” Triple Play Suite which featured indoor air conditioned comfort as well as private seats outside to watch the action live. Our thanks to Reds executive and SC alumnus, Doug Healy ’93, for helping make the event possible and providing such wonderful hospitality to the group!
The school has completed regional visits to Cleveland (May 25 at the Great Lakes Brewery), Charlotte (May 6th at an alumnus’ private home), Chicago (June 9th at a Wrigleyville Rooftop to watch the Cubs) before coming to the Queen City. The next excursion and alumni gathering for the year is being planned for the Annapolis/ D.C. area in late September. Alumni from that area interested in attending can contact Alumni and Communications Director, Louis J. Fabro ’83 at [email protected].
