We are excited to report that we will gather to celebrate the Father/Son Mass & Luncheon on Saturday, April 24, 2021. This event is open to current students and their fathers, incoming 9th graders and their fathers, prospective 5th-8th grade boys and their fathers, graduates and their fathers and alumni fathers with their sons. We will wear masks, socially distance and follow all safety measures as directed by the state, city and diocese.
The day’s activities will start with a Main Campus tour from 9-10:15 a.m.; Mass is being celebrated by Fr. Mike Hartge ’03 at 10:30 a.m. in the Robert C. Walter Student Commons followed directly by our day’s special guest speaker, Chuck Strickler. Mr. Strickler is a father of two St. Charles graduates (Kristo’17 and Niko ’15) who worked as a news reporter and station anchor at WBNS-10TV for twenty years. He is a member of the school’s Advisory Board and has served as the Master of Ceremonies at numerous St. Charles fundraisers, including the Silent Auction and “An Evening with…” Afterwards, everyone is then invited over to the Robotics and Mentoring Center for a boxed lunch provided by Bosc + Brie. Tours of that facility, as well as the athletic and training facilities of West Campus, will also be provided.
There will be a number of other activities going on around campus for attendees to watch including several athletic team games and demonstrations by the school’s Robotics Team.
Registrations (no later than Wednesday, April 21st please!) are required and attendance is limited to the first 325 people who sign up. Click HERE to visit our SignUp Genius registration site.
Please contact the school’s Alumni and Communications Director, Louis J. Fabro ’83 at [email protected], with any questions. We hope you can join us for this special tradition!
