We look forward to welcoming students to our campus through our:

1. Individual Family Tours: See our campus and have all of your questions answered by our admissions team. Visits can be scheduled by filling out our inquire form HERE, emailing [email protected], or calling our admissions director, Will Gruber, at 614-260-2303.

2. 8th Grade October Shadow days: These visits are a great way for students to experience a day in the life of a St. Charles Cardinal. During the visit, students will:

• Sit in on classes,
• Go on student-guided tours of campus,
• Meet some of our faculty, staff, and coaches.
• Talk with current students about their experiences,
• Eat lunch in our cafeteria

Visit days are coordinated with the area Catholic elementary schools. For students attending any of the diocesan grade schools, transportation between the grade school and St. Charles will be provided.

Students not currently enrolled in a Catholic school are encouraged to attend shadow days as well! Please contact Will Gruber by email at [email protected] or phone 614-260-2303 to arrange the details of your visit.

3. Open House: All families of prospective students in grades 5-8 are welcome to attend our open house on November 6th. The open house will include a campus tour, a presentation from the administrative team, and a parent panel that will answer many frequently asked questions.

What is the process for applying to St. Charles?

1. Application: We require that parents fill out an online application form by clicking HERE. 

2. Provide Required Forms: Most recent report card, standardized test scores, and any academic support plans (IEP, 504, service plan, etc.)

3. In-person Student Interview and Campus Tour: Students must meet with a member of our admissions team to review the student's information, outline student expectations, and answer questions the family and student may have

4. Acceptance Decision: Once the above steps are completed, an acceptance decision will be made by our admissions team.
