The Learning Formation Program
The goal of the Learning Formation Team is to support students and to improve student academic achievement at St. Charles through subject-specific tutoring, help with time management and study skills, and regular student check-ups to monitor academic improvement.
The Learning Formation Center, located in Holy Angels Library, is available for students before school, throughout the entire school day, and after school.

The Learning Formation Team:
In addition to the tutoring provided by the members of the Learning Formation Team, National Honor Society peer tutoring also occurs at the Learning Formation Center before and after school, during students’ study halls, and during the enrichment period.
The Learning Formation Center is open before and after school for student printing, basic technology support, and scheduled tutoring. The Center is not a spot to “hang out” before or after school; rather, students come with an appointment or with a specific brief reason for their visit. Access to the Center for subject-specific adult tutoring and NHS tutoring is by appointment. The appointment must be made through a member of the Learning Formation Team.
