Thank You! School honors Alumni & Community members "Who Have Served" in Armed Forces and as First Responders

On Tuesday morning, January 31, St. Charles recognized and honored those GRADUATES, PARENTS, FACULTY and STAFF who have, and continue to, “Serve and Protect” us. This took place during our celebration of Catholic Schools Week (1/29-2/5).

The entire student body, faculty and staff were on hand to recognize and honor these men and women for their service to our country and community and for acting as shining examples of ways for our students to become good citizens.

The celebration began in the Walter Student Commons and guests were invited to wear their uniforms and to march in behind the Bexley Police Honor Guard and their Military Service Branch Flag. We were especially proud to have on hand U.S. Army Brigadier General John Dreska, from the Class of 1988, who spoke to the group about service, his career and his faith.

Thank you to our Heroes!
