Tuition and Assistance

St. Charles provides a major part of its assistance to families through the 1) St. Charles Endowment Fund and 2) Academic Scholarships:

— 1) St. Charles makes use of the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment Service to assist us in our evaluation of financial aid requests. Families only need to submit a single application even if there are multiple family members at one or more of the Diocesan schools. Applications must be submitted online by March 15. Click here to apply for financial aid:    https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3WQBS.

–2) Academic scholarships are offered separately from, and not not associated with, the process to apply or receive financial aid funds from St. Charles. The school uses a student’s performance on the annual 8th Grade Scholarship Test to help determine who will receive these merit-based scholarships and grants offered in the following school year. St. Charles offers this test for prospective students on the final Saturday in January  in the school’s Robert C. Walter Student Commons. The test is usually administered twice that day, with students signing up to take the test either during the 9 a.m. or the 1 p.m. session.
