E-mail: LacrosseCoach@scprep.org
Kyle helped start the St. Charles Prep lacrosse program in 1993 as an assistant to then head coach Rob Loscalzo, and this is his first season as head coach. He coached as an assistant through 1997, then left the program to start a business, but was able to return one year later. Kyle served as an assistant for many head coaches, and has primarily coached the defense and goalies throughout his career. Many of his players have earned all-league honors, gone on to play at the next level, as well as come back and join the coaching staff.

Coach Andrews is a 1976 graduate of Upper Arlington High School where he earned First Team All Midwest honors as a goalie. He graduated from The Ohio State University, where he was a 4-year starter and scholar athlete for the varsity lacrosse team; 3 years as a goalie and 1 as an attackman.

Kyle proudly served for 11.5 years as a US Marine Corps officer, Harrier pilot, flight instructor and analyst before being medically retired in 1992. He is a founding partner of Pretium Partners, Inc., a globally recognized sales performance improvement firm with clients in over 25 countries. Kyle runs the Military/Veterans Division of the Upper Arlington Independence Day Parade and is active in various local charities. He continues to play lacrosse at the grand master level, is an avid cyclist, skier, hockey player and backpacker, and resides in Upper Arlington.

In 2012, Coach Andrews was named the US Lacrosse Central Ohio Region Man of the Year.

During the 2017 season and 25th anniversary of the lacrosse program, past and present lacrosse players, parents and the St. Charles administration honored coach with an endowed scholarship in his name, the “Kyle J. Andrews Scholarship For Leadership”.
