Mr. Mike Ryan, Class of 2010
Mike Ryan begins his 13th year of coaching overall, his third as Head Varsity Coach. This is his second stint at St. Charles after coaching for the Division I State Runner-Up Upper Arlington Golden Bears during the 2013-14 season. Coach Ryan has held every coaching position in the program at some point in his career – Head and Assistant Freshman Coach, Head and Assistant JV Coach, as well as Assistant Varsity Coach. Coach Ryan also serves as a member of the faculty at St. Charles as Assistant Athletic Director and teaching Physical Education.
Coach Ryan grew up in Worthington and attended St. Michael School. He is a 2010 graduate of St. Charles, where he played basketball and football. Coach Ryan is a graduate of Otterbein University with a degree in Health and Physical Education. He also graduated from Ohio University with a Masters in Sports Administration and Ohio Dominican University with a Masters in School Administration. He resides in Gahanna with his wife Kellie and their dogs - Remy and Archie Mills.
